- 1979
- Walter Klauser started business in Upper Saddle River, NJ as Dual Manufacturing building form, fill, and seal machinery.
- 1981
- Ken Beck became co-owner and company was renamed to Acupac Packaging, Inc. Company was relocated to Mahwah, NJ and began offering contract manufacturing services.
- 1997
- Acupac relocated into current state-of-the-art 85,000 sq. ft. cGMP Mahwah, NJ facility.
- 1999
- Acupac is purchased by Outsourcing Services Group.
- 2001
- Outsourcing Services Group purchases Dermal Sciences, Inc., which integrated thin film technologies into the Mahwah facility.
- 2007
- OSG dissolved. Organization restructured to focus on core businesses: Kolmar Labs, Port Jervis, NY and Acupac Packaging, Mahwah, NJ. Parent Organization Re-branded to Kolmar Labs Group.
- 2008
- Kolmar Labs Group launch held at the HBA Conference, Jacobs Javitz Center NY, NY.
- Patch-type appliques for treating dry skin and method for the production thereof.
- Method for the production of a glove.
- Process for manufacturing thin film strips.
