SERVICE CREATES A FLAT RATE MAIL CHARGE
FOR RIDE-ALONG SAMPLES
The U.S. Postal Service has recently announced that ride-along sample rates for periodicals will be a flat fee of $0.10 for the next two years. This rate is an experimental rule which states that single standard mail (A) ride-along piece postage will be added separately and will not affect the postage, weight, or advertising percentage for the periodical host piece.
